Description of Service: Various Networking activities such as lunch events, business expo’s and award nights.
Transaction currency AUD – all transactions are displayed and processed in AUD.
Please note that any membership can be revoked without notice.
Refund Policy
Refunds for lunch events will attract a full refund 5 days before an event date.
Refunds for expos and any other events will attract a full refund two weeks before the event date.
After this time no refunds will be made
Cancellation of Memberships
Membership cans be cancelled without prior notice.
Membership will attract a full refund if received within 14 days of application. After this time no refunds will be made, however for a small administration fee of $20.00 all individual Memberships maybe transferred to another party.

Sydney Women’s Network is committed to ensuring your personal information is handled correctly. Sydney Women’s Network follows the National Privacy Principles (NPPs): Privacy Amendment (Private Sector) Act 2000.
The following statement explains Sydney Women’s Network privacy policy:
- Your business information is protected data from misuse, loss or unauthorised use
- Your business information is collected by SWN and is openly available to you
- Your business information can be updated or deleted upon request
- Business information and contact details is only collected to ensure members and guests can be informed of SWN events.
- Business information will only be used for the benefit of memberships, mainly to contact members and guests.
- Your business information will not be disclosed to any third party or overseas parties.
- Sensitive information is not collected.
- It is impracticable for members to remain anonymous – if you wish to “opt out” please contact Sydney Women’s Network.
By attending some of our events, you may from time to time be contacted by our sponsors.

Credit Card Transaction Policy
Sydney Women’s Network provides you with a secure payment gateway to ensure your information and transaction(s) are safe.
All credit card transactions are secured using 128 Bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) Encryption.
All credit card payment details are stored in SecurePay's database in an encrypted binary format, and are never stored in decrypted form on the system.
